When I opened the jar I really couldn’t smell the cinnamon, but when I broke a stick….wow!! It’s potent so a little goes a long way, since I don’t use sugar I put about a third of a stick of cinnamon in a big mug of my morning green tea and boy or boy does it taste good ! I will certainly order again !
